Shipping
Orders placed before 1pm PST are processed the same day and generally shipped within 48 hours pending availability.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email or phone.
Should a package be delivered to you with damage please contact us so that we can begin a shipping claim and send you a replacement.
Please keep in mind that the because of the unique manufacturing process sign sizes may vary by up to 5%, and product colors may be
slightly different then the ones being seen on your computer screen.
When selecting a shipping option please keep in mind that orders can take between 7 - 10 business days (personalized and custom
pieces may take longer) before they are shipped from our facility.
Pickup may be available for local customers as well. Please contact us prior to ordering to discuss.
Return & Exchange Policy
We stand behind our products 100% and guarantee them to be free of any material or workmanship defects or blemishes.
If you feel the item(s) you received is defective or blemished, or if it is not the item(s) you ordered we will be happy to replace them for you.
Refunds will only process in the same manner as original payment.
Parts used for racing or competition are warranted against manufacturers defects only. They are not warranted for
wear or breakage under any circumstance.
If you are returning electrical parts for warranty consideration, please call Customer Service before you ship them.
Some manufacturers require the parts be sent directly to them.
To exchange or return any merchandise you must obtain a Return Authorization Number for Vintage Motors. To obtain an RA# please call
(562) 690-5608 or email us at customerservice@vintageride.net. WE WILL REFUSE SHIPMENTS THAT DO NOT HAVE AN RA#. All exchanged or returned
merchandise must be in original factory condition with no modifications or alterations. Returned merchandise must include all packaging
materials, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Please insure your shipments, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
Repack the item in a sturdy box, include a copy of your invoice and complete the form on the back of the invoice.
You must ship orders back PREPAID. WE DO NOT ACCEPT COD SHIPMENTS. All exchanges need to have reshipping charges included.
Items that are returned after 30 days will not be accepted. No returns on electrical parts, video tapes, and books unless they are defective. Absolutely no
returns on special order or clearance merchandise. Parts used for racing or competition are warranted against manufacturers
defects only. They are not warranted for wear or breakage under any circumstance.
Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturers instructions, and/or
subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty
consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any return shipment that does not have a return authorization number.
We cannot accept returns on custom-ordered parts. Videos and software cannot be returned for a refund once opened.
